Located in Fayetteville, NC this 100 unit affordable housing family apartment project is undergoing a substantial rennovation and is funded through NCHFA. The scope of work involves a complete interior rennovation with new plumbing, mechancial, electrical, cabinets, flooring, doors, windows, roofs. In addition a new Community Center is being contructed. The project is Energy Star and NAHB Green Certified.
Little Pee Dee
Located in Mullins, SC this 53 unit affordable housing apartment project underwent a substantial rehab through the HUD Green Retrofit program. The Green Retrofit program provides funds through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act for Energy Efficient retrofits. The scope of work included new HVAC, water heaters, roofs, windows, Energy Star appliances, Energy Star light fixtures, energy efficient plumbing fixtures, as well as floor coverings.
Aldersgate
Located in Greensboro, NC this 118 unit affordable housing apartment project underwent a substantial rehab through the HUD Green Retrofit program. The scope of work included new HVAC, tankless water heaters, windows, Energy Star appliances, Energy Star light fixtures, energy efficient plumbing fixtures, as well as cabinets.
Stoney Creek
The Clubhouse at Stoney Creek Golf Course was completely rennovated providing a comfortable and warm atmosphere. The dining area was expanded, a spacious golf shop was rebuilt, and a covered patio was provided. KMW was involved in the re-design as well as the rennovation. Two bath houses were also constructed on the course.
Woodbridge
Located in Reidsville, NC this affordable housing family apartment project involved the rennovation of 50 units. This is funded by NCHFA. Scope of work includes new siding, roofs, doors, windows, flooring, cabinets, HVAC, plumbing, electrical fixtures, as well as appliances. A new Clubhouse was also constructed.
