Little Pee Dee

     Located in Mullins, SC this 53 unit apartment project is undergoing a substantial rehab through the Green Retrofit program.  The Green Retrofit program provides funds through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act for Energy Efficient retrofits.  The scope of work includes new HVAC, water heaters, windows, Energy Star appliances, Energy Star light fixtures, energy efficient plumbing fixtures, as well as floor coverings. 

Aldersgate  

     Located in Greensboro, NC this 118 unit apartment project is undergoing a substantial rehab through the Green Retrofit program. The Green Retrofit program provides funds through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act for Energy Efficient retrofits. The scope of work includes new HVAC, tankless water heaters, windows, Energy Star appliances, Energy Star light fixtures, energy efficient plumbing fixture, as well as cabinets. 

Stoney Creek

     The Clubhouse at Stoney Creek Golf Course was completely rennovated providing a comfortable and warm atmosphere. The dining area was expanded, a spacious golf shop was rebuilt, and a covered patio was provided. KMW was involved in the re-design as well as the rennovation. Two bath houses were also constructed on the course.

Woodbridge

     Located in Reidsville, NC this project involves the rehab of 50 apartment units. This is funded by NCHFA. Scope of work includes new siding, roofs, doors, windows, flooring, cabinets, HVAC, plumbing, electrical fixtures, as well as appliances. A new Clubhouse is also to be constructed.
